The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.

This 1925 building has been lovingly restored by owners. Spacious one-bedroom apartment with an outdoor deck that looks over garden with fruit trees, flowers, butterflies and three chickens. Screened porch off of living room ideal for reading and napping. Located on quiet street. Short walk to vibrant, historic Downtown Melbourne. We're also close to Florida Tech and Holmes Regional Medical Center. Solar panels now provide energy for the apartment.

The Mini Melby

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Space Coast and less than 7 miles to the Indian River and the area's most popular beaches. It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.

Welcome to the heart of the Eau Gallie Art district--pubs, restaurants, boutiques, museums and galleries. Our little neighborhood is a hidden gem full of ancient oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss and Southern charm. Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.
