Set in a meadow with lovely views of the Downs, you can enjoy the English countryside all year round. The location has it all: in a rural setting but 5 minutes from a mainline station (London 1 hour), and a 20 minute drive from Brighton. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
