The Grove at Ryans Rest - Tiny House Farm Stay

Welcome to “The Grove at Ryans Rest”. Our second Tiny House Farm Stay is a space to RECONNECT with loved ones, the land and with nature as you are immersed in a regenerative agricultural system that is all connected as one living, breathing ecosystem. A place to RECHARGE and RETREAT, close your eyes, breathe in, smell the fresh air, sweet soil, lemon blossom and surrounding forests. To RE EXAMINE, RE AWAKEN and RESET a vital biological connection with the earth through our land and our food.

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

8 Paddocks- A premium, adults-only architectural retreat hidden within 180 acres of pasture and farmland. As one of only four secluded chalets on our expansive estate near Cowaramup, Chalet 3 offers an intimate escape from the everyday, intentionally designed to celebrate the slow pace of the Margaret River Wine Region. Your beautifully appointed home is just 7 minutes from Manjimup & nestled amongst 40 acres of vineyard, truffle trees, fruit orchard, & olive groves. This peaceful retreat offers the chance to unwind & relax in uncompromising comfort.

Little Blue eco beach house.

Breath taking views of the beach, the lagoon, the reef, the ocean wildlife, the headland, the open ocean, and spectacular sunrises from every space in this beautiful little house, make this a one of a kind, hard to find experience. Little Blue has been built using sustainability principles; it is completely off-grid, operates from rain water tanks, has a composting toilet and is fitted out with non toxic, natural paints and floor coverings.Doors and windows are all double glazed.

Stillwood Retreat - secluded luxury escape

River Blue: Sublime River & Ocean Views- 1 bedroom

A coastal straw bale house with beautiful interiors and one of the best views in the region. This North facing solar passive design features lime rendered straw bale walls, bespoke timber cabinetry and polished concrete floors. Enjoy exquisite views of the Margaret River, the National park and the ocean. This cottage suits a couple who want to enjoy a high quality Margaret River accommodation experience in a peaceful and truly beautiful natural setting.

The Studio, Yallingup

Wake to uninterrupted views of the ocean, where the rhythm of the waves and expansive coastal horizon become the backdrop to your stay. Perfectly positioned above Yallingup’s iconic shoreline, The Studio offers seclusion, sophistication and walkable access to iconic destinations. Inside, the space has been curated for comfort and calm. A luxurious king-sized bed, elegant seating and your own private balcony for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

Petit Eco Cabin at Windows Estate

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.

Cleves Hut

Farm stay accommodation nestled in a picturesque valley along the Blackwood River. 790 hectares of lush rolling hills, unique bushland and wildlife.
