Welcome to my recently extended renovated villa. It's comfy & easy walking distance to town. I live by myself & work days, sometimes before 7am & after 5 & teach at night so if you are arriving or checking out outside normal work hours (8:30 - 5) I need to make arrangements. Weekends are often ok. If you are musically inclined come & play my grand piano. I'm a local private tour operator so know the area well. I have access to bikes if you'd like to experience the nearby Hauraki Rail Trail.
