The grannies of our small village will show you how to prepare the perfect handmade pasta—no machines, just your hands, the freshest local ingredients, and love. All of these women started to make pasta in their childhood, keeping alive a tradition that is slowly disappearing. And they are ready to pass it to you! You’ll be part of our crazy big family for a day and join us as we walk the tiny medieval streets of Palombara Sabina to Grandma’s kitchen, located in the old winepress where our great-grandpas used to make wine that the community tapped straight from the barrel (or in Grandma's home... according to the weather). It's a special place for our family and the entire village. We will cook Ravioli, Fettuccine and Farfalle... you will be in a food coma at the end of the experience! A New York baker’s bagel tour of the city

On this walk-and-nosh, we’ll taste and chat about some of the city’s best bagels, with four stops total. • After a welcome and introductions at Tompkins Square Park, we’ll walk to the longtime stalwart Tompkins Square Bagels. While you sample a bagel and unique specialty spreads, I’ll share the shop’s history. • At our next stop, the trendy C&B Café, we’ll taste a bagel or doughnut before heading to our third stop, where you can sample a specialty bagel sandwich. • At your final shop, known for its coal-fired baking technique, I’ll discuss this increasingly popular method, and you can—you guessed it—sample a bagel or bagel sandwich. Before parting ways, we’ll discuss our favorites and I’ll answer any questions you may have. You’ll leave with a full belly, a smile on your face, and a new appreciation for the bagel’s place in the city’s culture. Join us for a 3hr historical stumble down the "street of shame". Starting in the shadow of the iconic St.Paul's cathedral, we explore the tiny backstreets and rambling courtyards the ancient City of London is famous for. We follow in the drunken footsteps of literary greats including Dickens, Shakespeare, Pepys & Johnson whilst pausing for a drink in at least 4 of the most historic pubs dating as far back as the 1500's. From discovering art nouveau gems to glamorous Victorian gin palaces we enjoy a variety of pub styles and breweries along the way. It's not a prescriptive tour, so you choose & pay for your drinks along the way. We're here to offer recommendations, and you can often "sip before you sup" with a few tasters on request from the bars along the way. This allows you to indulge as much or as little as you desire! Non-drinkers can soak up the history, and wine & gin-lovers are also well catered for. We usually finish up on the edge of Covent Garden perfect for theatre-land, restaurants and of course more pubs! Other note: - Guests are recommended to be over 18 years of age to enjoy the walk at its best. Truffle experience Rome

We'll have a day trip through the woods in the mountain South-East of Rome, hunting truffles with the help of trained dogs, we will pass through areas rich in history of outstanding natural beauty. After the trip we will go to have lunch at my place, we will learn how to cook truffles dishes and we'll eat them for lunch with a very good wine. I will cook for you many different courses, all with fresh truffles! You will can taste many different combinations with fresh truffles. Other things to note: Depending by the period the truffle hunt takes place in different locations and the drive to the forest after the pick up can take between 20 to 50 minutes. The truffle hunting takes place on a mountain terrain, so be prepared to it, hiking shoes are recommended. This experience is also perfect for teams and team-building.

As a French professionnal sommelier, I propose a premium intimate experience, and I host all the tasting sessions personnally. So if you book this experience, there's no risk to get a random temporary "wine guy " with just an average knowledge about French wines. Once you'll be seated in the charming tasting room in the heart of Latin Quarter, you will discover and taste 4 excellent French wines (2 whites and 2 reds) that you will pair with 4 typical cheeses and some pieces of French baguette. After a quick global introduction about French wine, you will go deeply into the wine regions, the labels of French wines, the grape varietals used etc... All information will be shown on a screen while I will explain in a casual and relax atmosphere details and facts. I'm also here to answer your questions! Wines are coming from small quality winemaker and the cheeses are coming from a famous local cheese shop from the Latin Quarter. You can buy the wine you prefer directly in the place after the tasting session.

Ruta del Tequila, Fabrica Artesanal, Cantaritos y Agaves

Visitaremos una fábrica de Tequila Artesanal. Donde conoceremos el proceso de elaboración de la bebida y probaremos de su Tequila blanco, Reposado y Añejo. También Visitaremos Mundo Cuervo. En el centro histórico de Tequila Jalisco, conocerás sus lugares emblemáticos como la parroquia Santiago Apostol, la Plaza Principal, las letras gigantes y las tiendas de fábrica más famosas de tequila. Tendremos 2 horas de tiempo libre para que puedan comer y seguir degustando tequilas. De ahí nos vamos al columpio y mirador de agaves. En los campos de agave podrás tomar esa bonita foto del recuerdo y conocer más sobre la planta Agave Azul Tequilana Weber. Continuamos con nuestro tour hacia los famosos Cantaritos del Guero en Amatitan Jalisco, otro pueblo muy bonito de nuestro estado. Este tour incluye transporte desde Guadalajara y entradas a todos los lugares que ves en las fotos. La cita es en Av. Chapultepec, es una zona muy bonita para hospedarse y para disfrutar de la ciudad. La Clase de Cocina Oaxaqueña Vegetariana, haremos un recorrido por un hermoso barrio tradicional de Oaxaca, te prestare un “chiquigüite y mandil” ocupado para ir al mercado tradicionalmente, haremos un recorrido por el barrio de la Merced, pasaremos pos las iglesias más bonitas y caminaremos por parques reguardados por bellos arboles, casas de cantera rosa, verde y amarilla, te mostraré parques bellos del barrio colonial y secretos de esta zona de la ciudad. A mitad de nuestro recorrido conoceremos unos productores de hortalizas y verduras orgánicas frescas de un pueblo cercano a la ciudad cultivado orgánicamente y cosechado por la mañana, posteriormente visitaremos a algunas productoras del mercado del barrio, probaremos algunos antojitos y compraremos algunos insumos para nuestra clase de cocina vegetariana oaxaqueña. Regresaremos a nuestro punto de inicio para comenzar la clase y brindar toda la información de nuestro menú, prepararemos todo fresco, un plato fuerte, una ensalada, agua y hasta un postre y todo cuidado por un fogón tradicional. STREET FOOD TOUR - Eat & Drink as LOCAL

I will start by meeting you in the city center (medina) easily accessible by foot and then explain to the variety of the food we will try and the areas that we will visit walking. The places we will discover and eat into are mainly in the NON-TOURISTIC areas. You will have nothing to pay during all the experience. All the food and drinks are included in the price. Depending on your food taste and the moment of the day, You will have the choice between the: 1- "Msemen & Harcha" (moroccan pancakes) 2- "Harira" (Famous Vegetarian Moroccan soup) 3- "Chebakiya" ( Sweet for the brunch) 4- Bissara (fava bean soup) 5- "The Khanez ou Bnin" (bread with eggs and veggies) 6- Loubya (White beans mixed with tomato and spicy Harissa sauce) 7- "Raïb" (Famous Moroccan frozen yogurt) 8- "Chwa" (Grilled Beef/Chiken meat) 9- "Berbouche" (Snail Soup) 10-"Sardil mechoui" (Sardines ball cooked in the coal) 11- "Assir" (Fresh Fruit juice) In this list, some street food are available ONLY in the morning and others ONLY in the afternoon.
