It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. All rooms have luxurious bedding, and closets. Master has a king bed, large closet, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Two guest rooms have queen beds. Full guest bath equipped with tub to relax after a day of activities! Full access to home with plenty of parking and RV/boat parking as well.

Serene Luxury Guesthouse

Located between Southlake and Westlake, we’re 7 miles from Grapevine and 13 from Fort Worth. The pool is great in summer and we boast a covered patio and grill area. A great spot for family events, work in Westlake or Grapevine strolls. We're 20 minutes from DFW airport and Texas Motor Speedway! We're wonderful and comfy! We're a home not a resort though. We live here and sometimes you will find little messes! The mower out or a busy driveway! We always work to accommodate for you!

“Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.

Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Welcome to our convenient , private attached suite in a very nice neighborhood. This has a separate entrance from the main house. No shared spaces except the backyard which we barely use. We are close to most amenities such as DFW airport (15), At&T Stadium (20), Stockyards(22), downtown Dallas and Fort Worth, dining and shopping areas. If you need a place for business, airport transits, concerts, visiting family, we have the place for you!
