Cosy vintage caravan retreat in secluded garden

A cosy retreat in a beautifully restored 1958 caravan, set in a large secluded garden full of birdsong on the edge of Bridport. The warm & comfortable caravan is from an era of charming curves and light, updated with a very comfortable queen size bed and seating around the oak table. Your outdoor kitchen & private bathroom are a few metres across the garden. Bridport's lively high street and market is a 20-minute walk alongside the river, or a short drive. Suited to couples or solo travellers.

Laurie (horse lorry re-invented)

Laurie was in active service until September '22. Now retired from horse movement and fitted to sleep four (see photos). Wrap around deck with steps to the side living door seating area to the rear with lovely views over open countryside. Living area with mini kitchen, hot and cold water, microwave combi, two hobs, fridge & freezer compartment, table & seating for four. Log burner in living area. Fishing on farm. Indoor exercise pool payable locally. (Subject to availability) Toilet 10 meters.

Price is per night per person - extra guests incur extra charge. Stay in an eco-project field, use as a base for exploring or simply stay where you are, enjoying the peace and quiet. Please be aware that low cost comes with a need for you to be environmentally sensitive to your water use and waste disposal. You can bring dogs (sheep in next field) and you can light a fire in the firepit. the caravan is in its own secluded spot a way from the hard standing, in wet weather wellies advised.

Welcome to our lovely 2021 Deluxe 8 berth caravan sited on littlesea haven holiday park boasting stunning sea views. Our van is located close to all amenities and facilities. Centrally heated and double glazed, you will be comfortable all year round (subject to park opening times). We have one double bed, 2 twin rooms and a comfortable double pull out in the lounge area. Our van is well equipped with a fitted kitchen and bedding included. Towels are NOT included. TV and 4g WiFi in the lounge.

This vintage beautiful Bedford lorry is fully equipped accommodation for 2 people. It is sited on its own the field with stunning views of the sea and opposite valley . It has a wood burning stove making it suitable for use all year round. It now has a spacious wooden terrace with a wood fired hot tub The lorry is nestled above the lovely Char Valley, away from the hubbub of Charmouth and Lyme Regis. There are picturesque walks in every direction, especially the walk along the river Char.

A quirky , light and airy Shepherd's hut only 5 minutes walk from Eype beach and the beautiful Jurassic coast . A wonderful area for walking and exploring straight from your door . Nestled at the top of the garden , screened by hurdle and natural hedging for complete privacy . There is a pub in the village and the historic town of Bridport 5 minutes drive away , with a famous saturday market and good selection of pubs and cafes . Enjoy the adventure and nature at it's best.

Cosy up for a winter break in a beautifully converted old army truck with stunning views of Lyme Bay. In the winter months you have the whole field to yourselves, so it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. There are beautiful walks in the woods up behind my holding and a lovely riverside walk to the beach, which is perfect now the holiday crowds have gone. The truck is well insulated and has a wood burning stove.
