Whanganui has great shopping, supermarkets, library, museum, art gallery, cafes and restaurants. The house is well positioned for access to main roads There is a double bed in each bedroom. Relax in an open plan lounge, with TV, heat pump and log effect electric fire. The full laundry is off an integral lockable garage plus parking on driveway or street. Not completely fenced.

The Beach House - stunning sea views and sunsets

Kick back and relax at our stunning beach house. Amazing views of our west coast beach and plenty of space to chill out. Close to park and beach. 15 minutes from town. Set up for fishing and for kids. Please note we have amazing views of Kai Iwi beach and it is a short walk down the hill to the beach. Under kiwi beach tradition we ask that you leave the beach house as you found it and follow our house rules and Covid procedures. Linen is available for $10 per person to a maximum of $50. Thanks

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. A short drive or 20 minute walk along the Whanganui river into town, several beaches and other local attractions nearby. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room villa with a sun-filled backyard and kitchen/dining area. The main bedroom has a super king bed and the second bedroom contains two king singles. There is a trundler bed in bedroom 2 and a futon in the second living area.

The Red Barn provides a rural retreat, a quick 7-minute drive to vibrant Whanganui city. Local café and brewery down the road and close to the Windermere Berry Farm. A self-contained cottage set privately in the grounds of our property offering options for whatever break away you are looking for. Sit and relax outside in the sun, or stoke up the fire and chill out, or grab your bike and explore the country roads. Dedicated EV charger, type 2. Secure storage for bikes.
