Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

We are surrounded by 600 acres of protected woodlands - The Putney Woods - with trails for hiking and biking right outside your door. The picturesque town of Langley, WA - 10 minutes away by car - hosts galleries, antique shops, restaurants, grocery store, post office, library, and a classic 250-seat movie theatre dating to the 1930's.

This fully equipped very tiny house on wheels sits on a high bank waterfront lot overlooking Holmes Harbor. The white ship lap and exposed wood ceilings gives this tiny a beach house feel. Eagles nest on the property. There is a public beach and boat launch just 2 miles down the road at Freeland Park.
