This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

The River Lodge sits on a peaceful 5 acres on the banks of the Mississippi River featuring three levels with 7 bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the loft and game room, making it possible to fit up to 22 guests. Enjoy the amazing views while swimming, boating, fishing, or sitting by the camp fire. The HH has a large dock to accommodate several boats/pontoons/jet skis. This is the perfect cabin for a large family getaway or for multiple families to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Northwoods. Water sports equipment available to rent nearby or bring your own.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."
