This property is located in the east valley about 20 min from the Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. The home is new, very clean and modern. It has a 2 car garage and the drive way is also available if additional parking is needed. The backyard is available for bbq’s or small gatherings. This property is perfect for any guest looking to relax and enjoy their time in a beautiful home or to just come home to sleep. Luxury Guest House with full kitchen and home amenities, comes with a queen luxury mattress bed with a Futon Sofa bed that can accommodate one more adult or 2 children. The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.

Además de acceso de parqueo también en la calle. El barrio muy tranquilo. Fácil acceso. Cama doble y sofá cama. Además de una terraza con estilo campestre donde podrás disfrutar de un cafecito mañanero.
