Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 16. Bezirk und ist nur 14 Minuten mit dem Bus vom historischen Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Stadthalle, die Lugner City (Einkaufszentrum) und ein Park sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch ein Schwimmbad (Stadthallenbad) ist ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 30 Minuten. Es ist ein angenehmes Appartement mit schönem Außenbereich. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist direkt von der Straße betretbar.

Ich habe meine Wohnung mit viel Herz und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet und vermiete sie, wenn ich nicht in der Stadt bin. Es stehen dir 67 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche, 31 Quadratmeter Terrasse und viel Stauraum zur Verfügung. Sie liegt zentral in den Innenbezirken (7. Bezirk). Viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte sind in der Nähe, zB die bekannte Einkaufsstraße "Mariahilfer Straße". Der Stadtkern ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 10 Minuten.

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Tram line 2 right outside the door takes you to all major sights in the city center in just 15 minutes without changing lines. Bus 10A also gets you to Schönbrunn Palace in about 15 minutes without changing lines.
