Sit on the porch and enjoy your remote cabin getaway with plenty of solitude on thirteen acres of spacious, wooded, serenity. The birds are chirping and wildlife is in the woods. My cabin is a one-of-a-kind experience to share with close friends and family. The cabin is an A-framed loft style dwelling made from pine milled saddle-notch logs. There is plenty of outdoor space which includes front and covered side porches, pasture, a fire pit and hammock for relaxation that you'll be sure to enjoy!

Bison Farm - Cabin "Brisa"

Bison Farm cabin in a very secluded section toward the back side of a 300 acre working bison farm. This is a tiny home Park Model with 400 sq. ft. and a nice spacious covered deck providing an outdoor living room. The kitchen has a 2-burner induction cook-top, a convection oven that is also a microwave and a small refrigerator and freezer two drawer unit that has decent space but is not a full sized appliance. Note: bison rotate pastures daily. Please don't expect them in your cabin view.

Charming 1920's cottage on a large farm just outside the town of Orange. Completely renovated and updated. Convenient to vineyards, battlefields, wedding venues and popular tourist destinations. Bucolic setting, very private. Spaces to enjoy the out of doors. Less than 2 miles to in-town wedding venues and Rounton Farm. Less than 4 miles to Inn at Willow Grove. 5 miles to Montpelier. Less than 7 miles to Grelen. 10 miles to Gordonsville. 12 miles to Barboursville. 19 miles to Mineral.

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

Life is good on the farm! Our charming three-bedroom guest house offers a true home-away-from-home experience, where rolling fields, open skies, and friendly cows are your closest neighbors. You’ll be close to numerous wineries, breweries, and historic sites, with easy day trips to the Shenandoah Mountains, Lake Anna, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, and Washington, DC.

King's Crossing is nestled between downtown Fredericksburg and the battlefields; you will find that getting to local attractions is an easy drive. Additionally, we are within 1 hour of DC, Richmond, and Shenandoah.

Guests can also enjoy the 500 acre Main Lake and its beaches and parks.
