The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the popular district Gerresheim, near the Grafenberg forest and has excellent access to public transport 2 minutes walk away, taking you to a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (Altstadt, Old Town, Harbour, Parliament). The newly built apartment of about 50 square meters consists of a living / dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room has two comfortable leather sofas. A satellite TV, music system and wifi is available and ready to be kept free. The comfortable dining area and a small kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishes are available for self-catering (no stove). Coffee, cocoa and tea are available free of charge. The modern bathrooms are adequate before fresh towels and a hair dryer. Prices are per night and include bed linen, towels, wifi, and costs for electricity, water and heating. Note: Unfortunately, I had to increase my prices by €3.00 per night. As of January 1, 2024, the accommodation tax in Düsseldorf was introduced. Other services such as taxi service, refrigerator- service on request. Flexible arrival and departure times as desired or consultation Pets are not allowed. It is a Non smoking apartment. Free parking is available on the street. By car, taxi or bus you can reach in a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (3,5 km) but also the direct connection to the surrounding motorways make a quick connection to both the Airport (10 km), exhibition center (9 km) and in surrounding towns and cities a breeze. The large recreation area located in the immediate vicinity of the Grafenberg forest with its wildlife park, the racecourse and the golf club and the Lake Unterbach with various sports and leisure facilities are attractive destinations. Anyone wishing to experience a journey through time to the Neanderthals can connect the city stay with this famous cultural attractions in nearby Mettmann.

Das vorhandene Bett hat eine Größe von 1,40m mal 2,00 m, bitte um Beachtung bei Buchung zu zweit. Der Wohlfühlraum mit Wasserkocher und Kaffeepad Maschine ausgestattet, hat aber KEINE Küche und KEINEN Kühlschrank.

Das Appartement ist zentral in Düsseldorf -Friedrichstadt gelegen. Das Appartement besteht aus einem Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa (mit durchgehender Matratze) sowie einem Schlafzimmer. -Smart-TV und Balkon. Im separaten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett und ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank. Dort ist auch ein heller, großer Schreibtisch vorhanden. Dort kann auch die 3. Person auf dem Extrabett schlafen. Die Betten sind bereits bezogen und Handtücher liegen bereit.

Appartement im kernsanierten Altbau von 1910, 3. Obergeschoss, hohe Decken, großzügiges Bad, moderne Einrichtung und Parkettfußboden. Das Appartement liegt im quirligen Stadtteil Flingern. Im Umfeld befinden sich eine große Anzahl an Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Wir gehören zum Stadtzentrum und somit gilt bei uns die Anwohnerparkregelung. Bist du mit dem Auto unterwegs, zeigen wir dir gern wie und wo du parken kannst.

Unterkunft in Düsseldorf

Meine 2 Zimmer befinden sich im 1. Obergeschoss und liegt zentral in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort aus erreicht ihr folgende Orte sehr schnell: - Altstadt & Innenstadt 9 Min - Königsallee 8 Min - Hauptbahnhof 5 Min - Messe Düsseldorf 29 Min (1 mal umsteigen) Supermärkte, Apotheken, Starbucks, Mc Fit und ein Portugiesisches Restaurant sind direkt um die Ecke (ca.: 400m) und fußläufig zu erreichen.

Für kurze Aufenthalte steht im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. In allen Räumen gibt es Fußbodenheizung.

Our mobile tiny house, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer top accommodation services while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.

Düsseldorf Mediaharbour

This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor. Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful city!

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr schnell im Zentrum und in 15 Minuten an der Messe. Ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. U- Bahn Station in 300 m. Mit WLan und TV. Das grosse Zimmer ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Ideal für 2 Personen. Zustellbett kann bei Bedarf aufgebaut werden. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden.
