Thoughtfully renovated in 2021-23, Room #4 features two-story, floor-to-ceiling views to the Nehalem River. The first floor has oversized swivel chairs, a kitchenette (w/ mini fridge, Keurig and microwave) and dining a dining set. A tight, circular staircase winds up to the bedroom level, with a king size bed (and great linens) and luxurious bathroom, w/ heated floors and dual shower heads. This room has a private deck on each level, in addition to several shared outdoor areas. No pets, please.

Our larger, dog friendly, North Cape Dome contains 1 King bed, 1 Twin Day Bed, 1 Trundle sleeps 4. Each has access to a modern luxury SHARED bathhouses and in dome electric fireplace, heat, fans, wet bar, work desk, fridge, coffee/tea set up and an outdoor patio + fire pit. Beach is a 10-minute walk. NO cooking is available in the unit, but restaurants are 5 minutes down the road in Pacific City. Parking is located by our check in dome, an escorted ride in our electric carts will be provided.

Beach Stay Unit #3 is a comfortable quiet one room plus bath unit decorated with a Flintstone theme & a grass wall. The unit features a king size bed, a TV and an area for making light meals and morning coffee. There is a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and both a small drip coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker.The bath is small but adequate with a shower stall. The unit is at the rear of the property and features a deck with four steps up to the front door.

Painted Hills Suite

Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit in a prime Portland location. This warm and inviting space features a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TV for a comfortable stay. Tucked in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood, you’ll be steps from great restaurants, cafes, shops, and public transit. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen. There is a full sized pull out bed in the living room, additional linens for this bed can be provided upon request.
