Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home in Coralville, Iowa. Coralville is 5 minutes from Iowa City. Only 5 minutes from I-80, 10 minutes from the U of I and 2 miles in all directions to many restaurants. Your section of the home is private with a separate entrance. We have a Ranch with a walkout basement. It's like an apartment within a home. The Donut Suite is the entire downstairs of our home. There is only 1 stair from where you park to the entrance of the suite.

This loft is situated above a small town bustling coffee shop, also overlooking the park in the town square. Evening walks offer some spectacular views of the beautiful Iowa country sunsets! Close to public hunting, golfing, and Benton County's Hannan Park for fishing or swimming.
