The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Enjoy a walking tour of Civil War History or local ghost lore! Ditch the car and catch the Trolley to explore all that our charming city has to offer!!

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. IF you are booking "same day" please give me a call so I can make any necessary last minute arrangements.

Historic home located in the heart of Downtown Franklin. You will have half of this century old southern charmer all to yourself. The home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.
