This is a one level plus loft bedroom, ideal for those who have challenges with stairs. Centrally located near the Falls, Niagara Parkway, Niagara-on-the-Lake, casinos, wineries and the largest outlet mall in Canada (car recommended). A great gathering spot in any season with a full kitchen, laundry and outdoor space ready to entertain family and friends.

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
