This is an efficiency unit in a 4plex, queen size bed, 12 foot ceiling, shower stall, internet, desk and chair, small kitchenette with sink, smaller fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave . It is on the ground level. We are close to town, 30 minutes from Hatchers pass, lots of hiking, golf 5 minutes away, local breweries. We work hard to give a safe clean environment to stay so please no smoking or pets. (At this time late check out or early check in is not available sorry for any inconvenience

This downstairs space of the house has many amenities that include but are not limited to a high-quality bed, heated floors, waterfall shower with stone floor, full kitchen for cooking, outdoor seating, shared outdoor fire pit (wood provided), beautiful grass yard, and more. The building is a duplex with a unit upstairs and a unit downstairs. It is likely you could hear upstairs guests, specifically during their water use when showering or washing laundry. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

Cupples Cottage #2: Downtown!

Welcome to the award winning Cupples Cottages! This 600sf flat was recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. Fast forward over 70 years and 3 generations and the property has been reimagined as Cupples Cottages Vacation Rentals, operating since 2017.
