Lovely, well maintained three bedroom, two bath cottage on a protected bay of Lake Simcoe. The cottage is located right on Lake Simcoe beside shared community park. cristal shallow water for Swim and kayak. The views are beautiful. With the property facing south enjoy plenty of sunshine from late morning to sunset. Great spot for winter fishing. Fully equipped kitchen Please note the water behind the backyard is shared by few neighbors and it’s not private , and the beach area is not private.

This is a tiny cottage in a sleepy little hollow that opens onto the Georgian Bay. Inside, each stone was carefully chosen and the woodwork was built, piece by piece, by two craftsmen who are highly skilled and passionate about repurposing. It's an art that will leave you in awe; especially if you're worried about climate crisis. The coat hangers are upcycled 100-year-old railway spikes! If you're looking for luxury you will be disappointed but if you're a minimalist you're going to love it.

Granny’s Cottage is located on Lake Drive East across the road from Lake Simcoe. Our private lakefront is yours to enjoy. Our lakehouse equipped with mini fridge and chairs while looking out over beautiful Lake Simcoe. Lakehouse is available late spring to early fall. This cozy cottage is newly renovated with all the comforts for a much needed getaway. Available for your use is a badminton net, 2 kayaks and a large canoe (seasonal). This cottage can be enjoyed year round, from sunny summer days on the dock, gorgeous fall colours and cozy winter nights by the fireplace. Only 30 minutes drive to Horseshoe valley ski resort. It is located on the Severn River with an approximately 100 ft long dock that runs along a very deep section in the river. It offers great swimming and fishing right from the dock. Close to the cottage are the town of Washago, Casa Rama, stunning Coopers Falls and CN rail walking trail.

You can walk, run, in-line skate or cycle the beautiful 18.5 km Tay Trail right from our backyard during the summer or snowshoe and x-country ski during the winter. 1950's Romantic & Whimsical cottage on Gull River

My whimsical & quaint cottage is 5klm from town which hosts a Foodland, LCBO, Pub, ice cream window and Home Hardware. Balsam Lake Provincial Park and Indian Point Provincial Park are close as well. I love my cottage because of the gardens, the chandeliers, the purple doors and the glorious clean river! The cottage itself is 900sq.ft. of cuteness & the property is 100 x200sqft. Canoeing, kayaking, bbqing, swimming, snorkeling and river floating are daily activities.
