Surrounded by pastures, it's a short walk to the Mad River for swims and walks. The Mad River Brewery is less than a mile up the road. Excellent mountain biking is 1 mile away. In a 15 minute drive you can find the hip town of Arcata, surrounded by redwoods and hiking as well as a majestic coastline. Sundays 10 am to noon we host a family friendly ecstatic dance in the studio adjacent to the apartment. Expect music at that time. Come join us! Public Yoga classes are Tuesday & Saturday am.

Bigfoot River House

This sunny, clean oasis with mountain views is in a quiet neighborhood directly adjacent the forest. It's perfect for river-goers, Kayakers, boaters, fishermen, and sunseekers. Kimtu and Big Rock beaches are minutes away. The giant porch is perfect for grilling and out door dining, and the large, fenced in back yard is pet friendly. Take a walk through the maintained golf course neigborhood park with your dogs, cook in the full kitchen, work remotely, or dine in Willow Creek, moments away.

Brunner Family Farm Barn Loft

Come enjoy a unique farm stay experience on the north coast of California. Our family produces organic flowers, food, and fiber on 10 private pastured acres surrounded by forest and rolling hills. Stay in comfort and quiet in our "country chic" barn loft which includes a full kitchen, spacious bedroom, full bath, and cozy living room, all basked in warm natural light from the south facing windows. Explore and learn on our farm or easily travel to many of Humboldt's spectacular attractions.

Cottage by the Sea

The Cottage is located across the street from the ocean, and surrounded by the forest. Quiet and private space to relax and unwind. Let the tension from the road melt away in our hot tub and spa like rain shower, then relax on our comfortable California King beds. Located in an upscale quiet neighborhood in the hills above Arcata, near extensive redwood hiking trails. Unwind in our sheltered outdoor living room, with a fire pit by the pond. Please keep voices low out of consideration for the neighbors.

Stunning Fairway Chalet, Heated Pool, Mtn View

This spacious chalet opens up to a south-facing wall of glass with a panoramic view of the golf course and mountains. Spend your summer days in the pool or stargaze on the spacious deck. In the winter, get cozy by the fireplace and enjoy an occasional snowfall. The chalet is a short drive to popular river spots and local shops. Enjoy the serenity of cabin life with the modern comforts of home including a heated pool (May - October), Wifi, plush bedding, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Peach Orchard Cottage

Quaint cottage nestled in a fruit orchard, near the beautiful Trinity river. The cottage is set in a quiet pastoral setting that borders always green pastures. There is a seasonal garden lot by the House as well as an orchard where guests can pick fruit in season, surrounded by a view is of the breathtaking forested Trinity Mountains. Come enjoy the fresh air and clear stars! We are also cleaning the cabin using the CDC - Airbnb cleaning protocol to ensure the safety of our guests!

Cocooned by Redwoods, Sitka Spruce and Huckleberries. A ladder leads you to the cozy sleeping loft, where you can gaze at the stars through the two huge skylights. Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

The property is in a redwood forest with a good size meadow for sunshine and flowers.
