Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

It will feel more like a home than an Airbnb. Near the water &, close to 3 launch ramps, and off-roading trails. Large driveway for an RV or boat. The house stays extra cool with A/C, solar screens, & blackout blinds. Your pet will ❤️ the doggy door. There is no garage access or parking in the backyard.
