It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our bright and airy modern 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet area but a short walk to Hartley Wintney and country walks There is wifi, Netflix, parking on the drive and visitor spaces. Hartley Wintney is a beautiful English village with a wide high street lined with independent businesses, shops and public houses. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of wooded areas for walks and there are good road and rail links via the M3 and Winchfield and Fleet station into Waterloo.

The Vestry

The Vestry, a private hideaway in a stunning sought after village location, offers a history all of its own. A self-contained annex so you can come and go as you please with your own entrance, king sized bed, en-suite bathroom/shower and free street parking. Located next to the Hampshire Arms pub and a short walk to The Plume of Feathers and Crondall Stores it offers idyllic country surroundings perfect for retreats, overnight stays and longer escapes.
