We believe in sovereign living, lodging and learning. It's a working farm, and we provide fresh products for you to fix your own breakfast, at your own pace. We work with other local producers and artists to provide a unique experience. The entire house sleeps up to 10 with double beds in both lofts, queen size beds in both master bedrooms and 2 single foldouts. There are 2 walk-in showers, a stocked kitchen, and dining for up to 12. Enjoy the open design and the wrap around deck with hot tub.

Front Street Loft Apartment

An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

7 miles from Ohio University. Great for couples and families. Newly renovated A frame cabin in a country/ wooded setting. Cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen, Washer/ dryer. We offer a smart TV with wifi for entertainment. The cabin is heated and cooled with mini split units, one down stairs and one in each bedroom. Each bedroom also has access to private porch decks. We are pet friendly. WE ARE NOT A BUG FREE ENVIRONMENT. I promise you will see a stinkbug, lady bug or wood beetle.

The Cottage on Blueberry Hill

Up to 10 Bald Eagles sighted on the river every day this winter! High speed internet and smart TV. 5 person hot tub! Originally a Lodge for a Boy Scout Camp in the 1930s, the Cottage is a wonderful destination for those seeking a quiet country retreat. Located near Stockport, there is direct access to the Muskingum River via a short walking trail. Fishing (with license) permitted at one of the best spots on the River. There are over 2 miles of maintained hiking trails on the property

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Route 60 Getaway

Route 60 Getaway is at 5226 N St Rt 60 NW, McConnelsville. Located along State Route 60, 2 miles north of McConnelsville. It is located above our families landscaping business. It is not in a secluded area (due to businesses nearby) however, you will not be disturbed!! You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! There is currently a guest in the apartment below the house. However you will not be disturbed and their are no shared spaces outside!

Rosedale Timber Lodge

Rosedale Timber Lodge is the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the hills of Guernsey County, with no neighbors in sight, you can truly kick back and enjoy nature. Completely restored recently, this lodge is beautifull inside and out with timber framing, a custom kitchen, stone fireplace, fishing pond, volleyball court, wiffleball diamond, and game room in the basement. ***brand new hot tub*** A little two bedroom wooden cabin. Enjoy a crisp, cool morning with a cup of coffee. Enjoy the views of color changing mountains. Warm up in the hot tub under the stars. Have a nice warm cup of apple cider by the bonfire overlooking the mountains. Bring your atv and enjoy adventure riding in the back country of Wirt county. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.
