Our Place is a quiet lakefront getaway on Lake Winnsboro that offers excellent fishing, boating, skiing and swimming. Time seems to slow down when you're at Our Place. In downtown Winnsboro you can shop for one-of-a-kind items and antiques, stroll through the cultural arts district, and dine while listening to music in The Bowery. Visit in October for Autumn Trails and celebrate brilliant fall foliage and events such as parades, antique car and tractor shows, pageants and even a trail ride.

Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

Cottage 2 - Spacious Tiny House in Garden Valley

Enjoy the cozy cottage, set in nature and perfect for a getaway. With one bedroom and a spacious loft for cuddling up or playing games with your loved one(s). Included is a nice front porch to enjoy nature and a full kitchen for your convenience. The Cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Lindale, 35 from Canton Trade Days and Tyler. There is a queen bed and 2 nice futons upstairs. There are two space space heaters, extra blankets, and two acs. The Cottage has everything you need.

CABIN (Lake Fork Farm) Boat Ramp/Private Dock/Pool

Our newly built 1300 sf large private cabin nestled under a large oak tree, positioned right on the bank of our private 2.5 acre lake with its own dock. Sleeps up to six guests, plenty of parking, and has three beds, a 90-year-old restored pool table upstairs in the large loft, 3 porches (both back porches overlook the lake) and custom cabinets throughout made of local hickory. Enjoy all the displayed paintings, photography, sculptures and cut stones all created by the hosts.

Lewis and Clark Cottage

Located in Yantis, the heart of Lake Fork. This is a cozy cottage that was originally the early 1900’s Salem Church in Alba. It has original floors, full kitchen with new appliances and tons of country charm. We are a working farm, so expect chickens pecking around the yard or the neighborhood dog stopping by to say Hi! There is a cozy fire pit out back and a charcoal grill. You also have a private driveway entrance with covered boat parking available upon request.

Winnsboro is home of the famous "Autumn Trails". The back patio overlooks a valley pasture with beautiful sunsets and large oak trees. We call our ranch a little piece of heaven. The property is secluded. View the cattle from the fences. Come see the stars!!!

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
