You can sleep a total of four people comfortably with a couch futon that expands into two twin-sized beds.

Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Enjoy your stay in our cozy, modern studio at a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood. The property is tastefully decorated with colorful patterns and modern accents. You will feel right at home. Downtown and universities are just about a 10-minute drive, and there are vast variety of stores and restaurants on Parkway less than 5 minutes away. One of our favorite cafes, The Bada Bean, serves excellent breakfast and brunch and is just a few blocks down the street (walking distance).

This peaceful and centrally-located private guest suite has everything you need. Pull into your own driveway with a private entrance to a comfortable room which has an en-suite bathroom, its own air-conditioning, a mini-fridge and a microwave. It's like a hotel room without the noisy neighbors or hassle of check-in. The guest room is attached to a residential home in an established neighborhood that is within four miles of the capital and FSU. It's perfect for 2 guests!

Lovely in-town home away from home

Lovely, private townhome, completely renovated, close and convenient location to all amenities in Tallahassee. No stairs, with easy access. Private parking for 2 cars. As the owner of a commercial cleaning corporation, we have implemented all necessary measures to make sure the space is properly disinfected after each and every guest. There is no catering/commercial food prep allowed from this unit, as it will overwhelm the space. No violations tolerated.

1/2 Way Between Tallahassee & The Shore

Private entrance into your suite! A ten foot wall was added to separate the suite from the rest of the house to give guests privacy. Super nice and modern hallway, room and bathroom for 2. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker are provided along with coffee, tea, creamer, bottled water and snacks. Stores and restaurants within 2 miles. 18 miles to FSU and a short drive to Wakulla Springs, Cherokee Sink, Leon Sinks, St. Marks, rivers and beaches.

"Private Entrance" 2nd-story STUDIO w/lots of windows. Wood floors, central AC/heat, 1/2 bath, queen bed with new mattress, fridge, Krueig, microwave, WIFI, TV, closet space, ROBES FOR PRIVATE OUTDOOR WATER-HEATED SHOWER and towels. Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio. Go Noles!

Leafy Retreat

No pets! Leafy Retreat was custom built by Cornerstone Tiny Homes. The house is nestled in a Beautiful Area and has plenty of room to relax. Huge rap around patio and all the amenities needed to relax. Located near all the major state parks like Wakulla springs, St Marks wildlife Refuge, close to all the beaches, and on the bike path. Decorated and cleaned by my wife and I. Make this your home base to explore Wakulla County.

The Loft at Magnolia Hill (1 mile to Capitol)

The Loft is located in Tallahassee's Old Town Neighborhood. It is a quiet, mature residential neighborhood where we are "At Home in the Heart of It All'. We are located less than a few miles from downtown, the Capitol complex, FSU and FAMU. We are also located near numerous restaurants, shopping, parks and Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Walk, bike, drive or public transportation...all options...YOUR CHOICE!
