The cottage is situated in the village of Rockford, 4 miles walk from Lynmouth or a short drive. It boasts modern appliances and design. Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed. The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

There's an open plan lounge and kitchen opening onto a private decking through 5m bifold doors with everything you need including oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Outstanding views from every window, a perfect holiday retreat. Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
