It is a perfect holiday destination, not just in the summer, but all year round. Situated in lovely village with local shops and restaurants.

Otter's Den at Libbear Barton

This wonderful barn conversion boasts great views indoors and out, thanks to its huge picture windows and French doors which open onto its pretty garden and patio. The double height ceiling gives an airy and open feel. The exposed beamed ceilings and open fire add character and make for cosy relaxation in the cooler months. The open plan fitted kitchen, dining area and living room area adds to sociability, as well as being perfect for keeping an eye on little ones whilst preparing dinner.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! The Old Stable-Shippon is in the grounds of an Edwardian former vicarage set in the picturesque hamlet of Dowland in the heart of the unspoilt Devon countryside. It is on the ground floor of a renovated cottage which was built in 1862.The Shippon benefits from its own delightful garden and enjoys sole access to The Green House Spa which offers a hot tub, sauna and shower area. A perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the stunning views across the surrounding fields.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

North Hill Cottages are just 10 minutes from Barnstaple but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Byre is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.

Woodies Cabin is nestled in a secluded spot with beautiful views over the Teign valley - a delightful place to put up your feet and relax away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy the beautiful views, plus private garden, wood fired hot tub and sauna. There is private parking with steps leading up to the cabin. If you are going to a wedding at Higher Eggbeer there is a complimentary lift to and back from the venue on the wedding day is available. The venue is 1.5 miles away.
