Ferienhaus „Südpfalz-Living“

Das Haus befindet sich in der wunderschönen Südpfalz in Hagenbach, direkt im Dreiländereck, zu Baden und dem Elsass. Ausgestattet ist es mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit schönem Kachelofen und großem Wintergarten, einem Gäste-WC und einem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem gibt es einen Partyraum mit einer Bar, Billardtisch und kleiner Lounge für gesellige Abende. Im Außenbereich steht ihnen eine Sauna zur Verfügung. Die Energiekostenpauschale für die Nutzung pro Tag beträgt 20€.

It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung in guter Lage (Wohngebiet) am Stadtrand von Karlsruhe. Kurtaxe inklusive. Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ( 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Straßenbahn). Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. Viel Stauraum in den Schränken.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Egal ob Wandern im Pfälzer Wald, ein paar Tage Wellness oder die Ruhe der Natur direkt vor der Haustür - in dieser Unterkunft lässt sich vieles vereinen. Der Pool ist bei unseren Gästen besonders beliebt, da er nach Sauna-und Spaziergängen für Erfrischung sorgt. Besonders geschätzt wird auch die Privatsphäre, da sowohl Pool als auch Sauna und Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, allerdings nicht beheizt. Ein Whirlpool steht nicht zur Verfügung.

Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.
