One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. Amazingly warm and cosy, with heating, Everything you need for a few days away, with a coffee machine, TV, fireplace, 2 x bathrooms,hot shower, 1 x double, 2 x single, washing machine, fridge and freezer, Free on site parking. This carefully renovated out building is the perfect, peaceful base, to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounding attractions. The local shop, pubs and butchers are within easy walking distance. Discover the many delightful walks through the countryside and along the rivers. The picturesque Alton water, with it's walking and bike trails, is less than a mile away. Bikes and various water craft can also be hired at Alton Water. Perfect for couples and small families.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Elms studio

Welcome to Elms Studio in our garden. We are situated on the A120 Ramsey Harwich with Countryside views . with Harwich Town and the ferry port less than a 10 minute drive away. Also within 3.8 miles to Dovercourt bay award winning beach with pubs and restaurants. Please note this is for 2 adults maximum no children or pets. We supply tea, coffee, milk , cereals for breakfast. Our check in times are 4pm to 8pm unless arrange prior to booking. please be aware we live on a busy road,

The Hideaway, Lark Cottage

The Hideaway is the perfect retreat from which to explore historic Pin Mill and the Shotley Peninsula, unwind with beautiful walks, bird watching and good food at the local pub or find a quiet workspace within a private garden surrounded by wildlife. The Hideaway is set across a private road from the main house and is 150m from the River Orwell. Walks in the AONB and National Trust-owned woods and heathland are on your doorstep. The Butt & Oyster pub is a few minutes walk away.

A secluded studio apartment set in the Suffolk Coasts and Heaths AONB. The self-contained flat benefits from river views and the beautiful Harkstead beach is at the bottom of the garden. The studio is newly built and equipped with all you need for a comfortable visit to the countryside The newly opened pub The Wild Rabbit in Harkstead is a 5 minute walk away. Ideally located for riverside walks, cycling through quiet country lanes and a variety of water sports.

With beach walks 20 mins away by foot and Alton Waters less than a mile away with all their water activities to Suffolk Leisure Park down the road. You will have loads to keep you busy or wind down and relax on the patio and take in the bird song. With 3 traditional country pub that serve food and the Stutton community centre that sells local produce you will be stuck for choice!

Idyllic house and gardens on estuary

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
