Less than an hour from Minneapolis, the Loondocks is a sun-soaked, pet-friendly hideout on beautiful Big Eagle Lake. Natural stone steps (NOTE: These are uneven, so do not book if you have mobility concerns!) lead down to the bungalow-style house, a stylish bunkhouse, wood-burning sauna, spacious deck with lake views, and flat waterfront yard. French Lake Cabin has an amazing beach/swimming area along with many wonderful outdoor spaces, including ample dock space for hanging out & boat parking. Bring your fishing rods & head out on the lake for a day of fishing. Have drinks at the sand bar {in the bunkhouse} & enjoy the beautiful lake views. There is a large lakeside firepit to relax at in the evening & the bunkhouse provides extra sleeping space.
