The Roost is a custom build with quality craftmanship. It's set among old growth cottonwood trees in a relaxed older neighborhood that feels like the country. You'll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, May- Oct. there is a small patio to bbq and a yard with fire table and 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the many birds and deer in the summer. Downstairs is a queen bed/bath with a trundle in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen with small stainless gas range, apartment sized fridge and dishwasher.

The Palmer House is located on the historic Oxford Horse Ranch that was established in 1887. The old log house is remodeled in a Victorian style. There are approx. 6000 feet of River front that is accessible out the back of the property, and several acres around the house to explore. The house is fully stocked, and all you need to bring are your clothes, and a sense of adventure.

There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river.
