Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

Vacation in the renowned Palmas Del Mar Beach Village resort. This amazing top floor Town home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and 3 balconies with amazing ocean views of Los Vieques Island. The resort has Golf for a fee , a free kids park nearby bike rentals, and golf carts rentals as well. You can also ride horses at the equestrian center. Take the tennis lessons that you always wanted. 2 king Beds 2 Double beds. Pools are not included but have daily fees. Not guaranteed! Amazing views!.

As you enter the unit, there is a half bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, living room, and a balcony The second level has the master bedroom with a bathroom and a view to the pool and the beach. There is a third level with a futton where additional guests could stay if needed as well as access to 2 outdoor balconies with spectacular view to the beach and pool.
