You will have full occupancy of the property (we will not be crashing your clam-bakes) but we are always 1 phone call away, and have a point of contact in the area for any help you may need.

Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

Winter& Spring time r great time to be down Cape

Summer 2026 Saturday to Saturday rentals only (7 nights) Saturday June 27 to Saturday morning September 5 2026. This 25 year old home that has all the amenities that you will need and sits a 1/2 mile from the Atlantic Ocean with a 1 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. With enough parking for 3 cars and is in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, mini golf, arcade, and 2 ice cream shops. Also a outdoor shower
