Built 1930 and fully restored with extensions added in 2017. 3 LARGE bedrooms (eg weekend 3 people ~$299 a night=about $100 each+cleaning). Shared: bathroom, living area with kitchenette. Enjoy the soothing sound of the fast flowing Four Mile Creek , and relax in our lovely space complete with a double bed, couch, ensuite bathroom, a/c and kitchenette. Perfect for 2 persons! There are so many options for whatever you choose to do. This area caters to all your needs or dreams – away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

This private and cosy space is a newly renovated free standing guesthouse in the heart of Monbulk. Just a few minute walk to the shops in town you have everything from cafes and restaurants to Aldi or Woolworths. The space is perfect for one or two people and close to public transport and local wedding venues in the local area. Breakfast supplies are provided such as granola, milk, yoghurts, butter , bread , tea and coffee. Make yourself feel at home and relax in this cozy space.

Central Valley Haven with Sauna

Your very own cottage haven in the heart of the Yarra Valley, surrounded by farmland and abundant nature. Cosy-up in the evenings with the wood fire and rest and reset with your own private two-person sauna. There are country views, free range chickens and a very comfy king size bed. When we can, we love to provide homemade bread and eggs from the chooks. Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, with Lilydale, Yarra Glen, Healesville and Warburton all 15-30 mins away by car.

Located close to all the winery’s ( don’t forget the chocolaterie ) that the Yarra Valley has to offer,this space is: -Perfect for a couple -Queen bed -Netflix and wifi -kitchen with basic essentials -working/office space -Clean,fresh bathroom - with some added essentials -Fresh new space -Separate from main house and quiet -Private -Fire pit- weather permitting -car parking -we have two dogs you may see them, they are very friendly. And also two goats :)
