Our home is about a 10-minute drive to Penn Yan and about 30-40 minutes to Watkins Glen, Geneva or Canandaigua.

Come enjoy this beautiful, peaceful Keuka lake home right on the water close to the village of Penn Yan. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes. The bedrooms have linens and bathrooms stocked with towels and soaps and toilet paper. A beautiful enclosed front porch surrounded with picture windows provides amazing views. A deck and kayaks are provided during the summer months to enjoy the lake.
