Historic Private Loft in the Heart of Downtown

This listing is for a private loft apartment that was converted from a warehouse in the center of downtown overlooking route 66. It is surrounded by Flagstaff's finest restaurants, bars & shopping & is just across the street from the Amtrak station, PHX shuttle & several bus options. We have enjoyed sharing our home with over 300 guests over the past 8 years & are now opening it up as a private listing because we are away more often. There is a second bedroom that may be available upon request.

You will have a birds eye view of the Verde Valley and the Red Rocks of Sedona. Enjoy a peaceful stay on the top floor of this historical building filled with natural light and amazing views. Witness the beauty of the valley lights and stars at night or enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck at sunrise. Note: there is up to 90 stairs to the top of the building where the Loft is. Jerome is a short walk down the hill, where you can experience unique shops, restaurants, galleries and wine tastings.

Grand Canyon Farmhouse Loft: Rural Retreat

HIGH SPEED WIFI! AS FEATURED IN OUTSIDE MAGAZINE! The Grand Canyon Farmhouse Loft is the perfect home base for visiting the Grand Canyon. The studio apartment has all the essentials you need, and is situated on 12 acres of sweeping, Southwest scenery. You may even be lucky enough to see the Grand Canyon Railroad train pass by on its daily trip to the canyon. You'll be just a half hour from the park entrance (about as close as you can get without staying in a hotel or camping at the canyon).

The Birds Nest is a 2 story loft.

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

Downtown/Campus Bohemian LoftStudio

This efficient cabin-like bungalow is unique, quaint and well furnished. It is 2 blocks from NAU, the urban trail system, and a 10 minute walk from downtown. The outside is fully fenced and shaded with several big 🌳 trees. The inside is very inviting, with an outdoor vibe — relaxing. Friendly dogs are allowed for a fee ($20 a dog per night).
