In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. This cozy guest house is located near all the popular beaches of the wider area and the village of Saint Peter as well (car needed). Private, spacious yard where you can relax and enjoy the cycladic sea view. Taste the amazing, local food to the villages around the area and discover further activities like trecking or wind surfing.

Summer Guesthouse

Summer Guesthouse is part of a private farm resort featuring two houses available for guest accommodation, plus my own residence. Located 2.5km from the port of Gavrio, it is an ideal place to relax, come close to nature and enjoy the sun, the sea and our heartwarming hospitality. The swimming pool is located on the upper level, in front of my residence, and it is shared among the three houses of the complex. You are welcome to enjoy the pool and the sunbeds.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο μικροσκοπικό αυτό σπίτι,που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αποίκια της Άνδρου δίπλα στη πηγή Σάριζα. Το σπίτι αποτελείται εσωτερικά από μία κρεβατοκάμαρα και ένα μπάνιο συνολικά 15τμ. Εξωτερικά διαθέτει κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα,αυλή με τσιμεντοκονία και κτιστό καναπέ. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 και βρίσκεται κάτω από το μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στους καταρράκτες της Πυθάρας. Περιστοιχίζεται από μποστάνια με βιολογικά λαχανικά και αιωνόβιες ελιές.

ΤΟ ΑΠΕΡΑΝΤΟ ΓΑΛΑΖΙΟ 1 (ENDLESS BLUE 1)

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

Roula's suites 2 is on the ground floor of the building with an amazing view of the sea. It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
