Generator & cistern so if the power is interrupted your work & paradise experience won't be. Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Tropicoco Vega Baja pool steps from the beach

The house has two bedrooms. The first with a queen bed and twin bed. The other room has a queen/queen bunk beds and another queen bed. Two complete and modern bathrooms, one inside with jets and the other in the pool area plus additional shower. Living room you will find Roku TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We have board games and pellet barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and all utensils. It has a cistern, power plant and water filter.

We run on solar power & have water cistern, 2 floors, 10 guests. Unique experience, amazing sunsets,and breeze. Open the door and just walk to the beautiful beach. Bring your goggles and enjoy a variety of fish & more. Great place for build memories for the Family-Friends gateway or romantic memories. Cleaning fee: $175. Pet fee $100 per pet, only max of 2 pets Pet info must be sent to completely approved pet stay. Pet can be left alone inside the property unless keep in kennel.

I t is a second floor. 45 min away from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport. 5 min away driving to Puerto Nuevo Beach Vega Baja, one of the best beach of the Island. 10 min to Ojo de Agua, Charco Azul and Laguna Tortuguero. Has many restaurants around. Vega Baja has Uber and Uber eat services, however my recommendation is to rent a car. The property has solar system. Important note: No central AC, just AC in the bedrooms, Fan in the livingroom. House isn't in front of the sea.
