Hyvätasoinen Ski in – ski out -lomahuoneisto sijaitsee Ylläs Ski Resort hiihtokeskuksen ytimessä Ylläsjärvellä, 100 metrin päässä Ylläs1-gondolihissiltä ja 500 metrin päässä Länsiraja-hiihtohissiltä.
