The separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled backyard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. Our 550 SF private studio is a short drive from the UC Davis campus and walking distance from two bus lines. This studio is located on top of a garage detached from our main house. Many different kinds of fruit trees are available for the guests to enjoy. There are washer/dryer and bikes are inside the garage for the guests to use. High speed internet and TV cable channels are through Xfinity.
