Just a 10 minute walk from the Center, 2 minutes to the shopping centers, sports grounds and fitness club. 10 minutes walk to City Beach. Apartment is completely new and equipped with all household appliances and hygienic accessories. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. We prepare local specialties, grilled and baked meat and fish in the tavern within the separated facility. Pets on request.
