Žman is exceptional due to its fertile fields located in the area of Malo jezero and Veliko jezero, which makes the people from Žman highly skilled farmers. The locals will be happy to offer their guests the fruits of their hands; a taste of local wine, cheese and olive oil will certainly be remembered by all lovers of good food.

House Jardin is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you will be alone and have privacy on this large property, and house Jardin, garden, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and pool house only for yourself. Property is first row to the sea in Ždrelašćica bay close to the bridge that connectes Island of Ugljan and Pašman. Old town of Zadar is very easy to visit, 20 minutes with passenger ferry boat from Preko. To come to Preko you need 10 min with car or 15 with local bus.

The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. Hot water in the shower is provided and also there is sun heated outdoor shower. In the kitchen there is no hot water.Stove is gas powered. Enjoy dinner on the front terrace in the evening or spend day on sun terrace 2m away from the sea.
