Unser Hof Fichtern liegt am Fuße der Bichlalm ca. 20 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und ist das Zuhause von 15 Pferden und 2 Ponys. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachboden mit extra Eingang und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch und Balkon, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, E-Herd, Eierkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine. Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und ein extra WC. Unser Leitungswasser ist das Beste der Welt, Sie müssen kein stilles Wasser schleppen.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Het appartement heeft een keuken met zithoek en ruime slaapkamer met twee boxspringbedden en een stapelbed. Vanuit de hal kom je bij de badkamer met douche en een apart toilet. Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoen-drogers en de sauna en zomers kunnen hier de fietsen worden gestald. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur ca. 1,5 km vom Zentrum von Maria Alm sowie dem Einstieg in das Hochkönig Skigebiet entfernt und ist auch bequem per Bus erreichbar.
