All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Studio apartment "Apex" is a penthouse with a large terrace overlooking the entire city and the river Korana. It is located in the wider city center, contains one room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, air conditioning and Smart TV. Parking in front of the building is free. The price includes champagne / wine as a welcome gift. The landlord speaks English and Croatian. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building. Our wooden house is a family heritage and has been renovated to preserve its original character and add to its charm. The size is 78 m². All furniture and details are unique and a lot of the pieces have been handmade by my husband. The house is located off a quiet road in Kraljevo Selo, a small village far from the city bustle and traffic. If you are looking for a family holiday house full of character and a peaceful oasis in nature to recharge, this is the right place.

Cottage Ljubica

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.
