Upstairs there’s a Master Bedroom and 3 guest bedrooms. 1 Guest bedroom has 2 beds in it. Downstairs there’s a Sofa bed in sep LV rm & large Sectional by the gas fireplace & big TV. Take a walk on the Monon that takes you to downtown Carmel/Westfield! Clay Terrace Shopping Center is also within walking distance.

The home accommodates up to 10 people comfortably. The fully stocked kitchen is the heart of the home with new appliances and breakfast bar seating. Both baths have double sinks to make getting ready a breeze. Enjoy the private backyard space with a tranquil creek or walk to the nearby Monon Trail with over 25 miles of trails.

If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.
