Eine lange Familientradition hinterliess ihre unübersehbaren Spuren. Trotz dieser langen Geschichte hat das Haus modernen Komfort mit TV/Internet. Ein Parkplatz in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus gehört dazu. Es gibt zwei schön ausgebaute Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und Badezimmern und eine zusätzliche Klappmatratze (160x200) für die Kinder auf Wunsch.

Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.
