One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Beautifully restored home "Die Alpe" in Garmisch. We call this apartment Gams or mountain goat. The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. You can walk to shops/restaurants/bars in 5 min. Enjoy and relax during your stay!

Sie verfügt über hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner komplett ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Bodenheizung, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr große private Terrasse. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Das Apart Eisenkopf verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und seperates WC. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit zwei Sofas, Wohnwand und einem Fernsehrer ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett, Schrank, eine Kommode und ein Fernseher. In der Küche finden Sie sämtliche Küchengeräte und Nespresso Kapsel Kaffeemaschine oder Filter-Maschine. Genießt schöne Tage auf der gemütlichen Terrasse und feine Entspannung im Whirlpool! Für Motorradfahrer haben wir eine Garage. Ideal für 2 bis 4 Personen.

Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.
