Très agréable 2 pièces rénové récemment, quartier très prisé rue calme, pas de vis à vis , canal Saint Martin à deux pas, beaucoup de bonnes adresses aux alentours! 6 lignes de métro très central, 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Je vis régulièrement dans cet appartement et le loue quand je ne suis pas là car je suis souvent en déplacements. Merci de respecter les lieux et mes effets personnels 🙏bon séjour !
