Secteur réputé pour ses bars et ses restaurants, dynamique et très commerçant, très bien desservi par les transports (métros lignes 1,2,6,8,9 et RER A, 3 bus). Marché d'Aligre à proximité.

Dans une rue typique parisienne, très mignonne et très calme (sens unique, sans voitures garées), l'appartement a entièrement été refait à neuf en 2024. La localisation est idéale pour être au calme à Paris tout en étant proche des lignes de métro qui amènent aux quartiers les plus animés de Paris.

Notre maison est confortable et située derrière un petit immeuble du début du XXe siècle très calme, à 5 minutes à pied du métro (ligne 1 du métro qui traverse tout Paris très rapidement). Le bois de Vincennes est à 200 m et Paris au bout de la rue. Attention, il s'agit de notre résidence principale et non d'une maison de location. Elle n'est donc pas vide, mais pleine... de notre vie et nous y tenons.
